One more day to enter the Birthday Give Away!
My first project start to finish on Sully!
Honestly, at some points I felt like a rookie. Learning new presser feet and figuring out buttons.
I know this photo is dark - I couldn't quite get my flash to behave.
This is a free pattern on Tula Pink - I saw it once on Flickr and knew I wanted to make one!
There wasn't much piecing to this one, more fusing and quilting.
I did a small zig zag stitch around the perimeter of the van.
Came THIS close to stitching the cover together with the wrong side of the front pinned to the back. Luckily I flipped it over before stitching!
I used fusible fleece as that was what the pattern called for. I didn't care for it, next time I'll stick to batting.
I have new labels for things that I can attach to all this swag I give away.
Speaking of swag - my sister sent me this sweet bracelet.
Keep Calm and Quilt On!
